6 months ago, when I started building Rowform, someone who was building another Typeform alternative commented on one of my posts.

"We're building the same thing, why don't we help each other out?"

I found it weird that he wanted help from a competitor who was also at $0/mo.

He focused on building his X followers by posting at least 200 replies a day.

I did not do that. I just focused on my SEO strategy.

A couple of months ago, the guy quit both his startup and posting on X.

And I have paying customers now. They all came via organic search.

AI has definitely levelled the playing field when it comes to launching.

But if you really need to win, distribution is the key.

And you would need time, patience and money to do that.

Not everyone has the advantage.
